VendueTech didn’t start with a pitch deck. It started with a problem.

The beginning

Our CEO, Ivan Livić, was trying to buy a property for his family back home in Croatia while working in Singapore. What should’ve taken weeks dragged into months. Auctions were scattered. Legal steps buried in PDFs. No transparency, no standard process, just bureaucracy that made action near-impossible.

So, he teamed up with childhood friend and fellow engineer Marin Mastilica. Together, they started mapping what was missing, court data, legal logic, advisor access, and built the tool they wished existed.

That tool became VendueTech Bidsale. Not a portal. A backbone.

To simplify, standardize, and accelerate how distressed real estate is accessed and transacted, by connecting fragmented legal systems, structuring opaque data, and enabling intelligent action at scale

The reach

Our platform, Bidsale, is already parsing tens of thousands of auction records across Europe, starting in Croatia and now live across Sweden, Hungary, Poland, Italy, Ireland, LAativia & Australia jurisdictions.

But the system we’re building was never meant to stop at borders. What works in Italy needs to work in Spain, in Greece, in France. And it does.
